Diesel Telescopic Boom Lift is a high-performance, straight-arm aerial work platform designed for safe and efficient operation in demanding outdoor, rough terrain, and complex work environments that require maximum height and horizontal reach.

1. Maximum Working Range

• This series offers an extensive range of working heights, typically from 16m (52.5 ft) up to 63m (206.7 ft).
• It provides outstanding Max. Horizontal Outreach, with some models reaching up to 26.0m (85.3 ft), offering great convenience for long-distance aerial work.
• The platform features a high lift capacity, reaching up to 480 kg, to meet the needs of heavy loads and multiple workers.

2. Operation and Design

• Flexible Steering: The equipment can traverse obstacles for high-altitude operations, and the platform can rotate, providing flexible and easy steering.
• Special Chassis: It utilizes a multi-functional dedicated chassis, using the large arm’s front bracket to quickly elevate for aerial work.
• Control: Features both a Platform control and a Ground control panel for sensitive and easy all-hydraulic lifting operations.

3. Structure and Safety Assurance

• Structural Stability: Equipped with a three-dimensional rotary lifting device, the equipment can automatically maintain the posture of the lifted materials and can be adjusted as required, offering excellent inching performance (micro-movement ability).
• Resistance to Harsh Conditions: The robust frame ensures long-term use in harsh conditions (dusty, vibrating construction sites) and is designed to operate in temperatures ranging from −25∘C to 60∘C.
• Limit Protection: The hydraulic system is installed with a platform limit protection device, ensuring the safety of personnel performing aerial work.
• Security Systems: The hydraulic unit is equipped with an overload protection device; if overloaded, the hydraulic station will automatically release pressure and stop running. It also includes an explosion-proof valve to prevent the platform from suddenly falling if an oil pipe ruptures.
